1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of www.beautelounge.co and online features provided by Beautē Lounge (“Beautē,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing the website, submitting information, registering for an event, purchasing or booking through a linked platform, or otherwise using the website, you agree to these Terms and any policies referenced here.

When you use a third-party booking, payment, map, social media, or other platform, that provider’s separate terms and policies also apply.

2. Website Use

You may use the website for lawful personal or business inquiry purposes. You may not interfere with website operation, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, scrape or copy content at scale, impersonate another person, submit false information, violate another person’s rights, or use the website for unlawful, deceptive, harassing, or harmful activity.

3. Services, Descriptions, and Availability

Website content provides general information about Beautē Lounge services. Current service names, prices, durations, professionals, availability, preparation instructions, and inclusions are maintained in the live booking menu or confirmed directly by the salon.

Services and results vary by guest, professional assessment, current condition, history, preparation, aftercare, and other factors. Beautē Lounge may modify, postpone, or decline a service when safety, suitability, timing, professional scope, licensing, preparation, or business circumstances require it.

4. Booking and Appointment Policies

Appointments are subject to confirmation, availability, and the information shown during booking. A standard $20 deposit may be required to secure a booking and is applied according to the salon policy.

Guests must provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or changes. A cancellation or change under 24 hours may incur a fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service. A missed appointment may be charged 100% of the scheduled service. Late arrival may shorten, modify, or require rescheduling the service without eliminating applicable charges.

The current Salon Policies and First Visit Guide are incorporated into these Terms.

5. Payments, Deposits, and Completed Services

You agree to pay all prices, deposits, fees, taxes, gratuities, event amounts, or membership charges presented and accepted at booking or in a separate agreement. Third-party processors may handle payment information.

Deposits and appointment payments are generally non-refundable but may be applied to a future booking when the appointment is changed with at least 24 hours’ notice, subject to the applicable policy and circumstances.

Completed services are non-refundable. Guests should contact Beautē Lounge within 48 hours when a completed service needs review. Where appropriate, the salon may offer a reasonable service adjustment after assessment. This does not guarantee a refund, redo, credit, or particular outcome.

6. Memberships

Memberships are governed by the Memberships page, enrollment disclosures, and any separate membership agreement. Unless a specific written offer states otherwise, memberships begin with a three-month commitment, continue month-to-month after that period, permit one rollover according to the applicable terms, may include Beautē Bestie sharing, and require 30 days’ cancellation notice.

Membership services, benefits, discounts, sharing, rollover, scheduling, payment, suspension, cancellation, and expiration rules are subject to the current agreement. Membership benefits have no cash value and may not be combined or transferred except as expressly allowed.

7. Events, The Beautē Social, and Mobile Services

Private events, group services, The Beautē Social, bridal services, productions, and mobile or on-location services may require a separate proposal, agreement, guest list, minimum, travel fee, venue approval, deposit, payment schedule, and cancellation terms.

Submitting an inquiry does not reserve a date. An event is confirmed only after Beautē Lounge accepts the request and all required agreements, information, and payments are completed.

Event-specific registration and cancellation terms control when they differ from these general Terms.

8. Promotions and Exclusive Perks

Promotions, discounts, weekly perks, referral benefits, and special offers are subject to eligibility, identification, dates, appointment availability, service exclusions, professional participation, booking channels, and other restrictions shown with the offer.

Unless expressly stated, offers have no cash value, cannot be combined, may not apply to memberships, events, packages, deposits, gratuities, products, or prior purchases, and may be modified or discontinued where permitted by law.

9. Communications

By providing contact information, you authorize Beautē Lounge and its service providers to send communications needed to respond to your request or administer appointments, payments, events, memberships, and services.

Marketing calls, texts, or emails are sent according to the consent language presented when you join or submit information. Message and data rates may apply. Marketing consent is not required to purchase services. Available opt-out instructions will be provided in the communication.

10. Health, Safety, and Cosmetic-Service Disclaimer

Beautē Lounge provides beauty, cosmetic, and wellness services within the scope of its professionals. Website information and services are not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Guests should consult an appropriate healthcare professional about medical conditions, infections, allergic reactions, persistent irritation, hair loss, or other health concerns.

You are responsible for providing accurate information about allergies, sensitivities, medications, pregnancy-related considerations, active products, recent procedures, existing enhancements or extensions, and other facts relevant to service suitability.

11. Intellectual Property

The website and its text, design, graphics, logos, photographs, video, page layouts, service descriptions, and other content are owned by Beautē Lounge or used with permission and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may view the website for personal use but may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publish, sell, exploit, or create derivative works without prior written permission.

12. User Submissions

When you submit a message, review, image, portfolio, event material, or other content, you represent that you have the right to provide it and that it does not violate law or another person’s rights. You grant Beautē Lounge permission to use the submission as reasonably necessary to respond, administer the request, deliver services, maintain records, and operate the business.

Public marketing use of identifiable guest photographs or testimonials will be handled according to the permission or release applicable to that content.

13. Third-Party Services and Links

Links to Vagaro, payment processors, maps, social media, or other third parties are provided for convenience. Beautē Lounge does not control and is not responsible for their content, availability, security, privacy, terms, fees, errors, or acts. Use third-party services at your own risk and review their terms.

14. Disclaimer and Limitation

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the website is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every purpose.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Beautē Lounge will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from website use, third-party platforms, or inability to access online features. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

15. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Beautē Lounge and its owners, professionals, staff, contractors, and service providers from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your unlawful misuse of the website, breach of these Terms, false submissions, or violation of another person’s rights.

16. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Unless applicable law requires otherwise, disputes relating to the website or these Terms will be brought in the state or federal courts serving Clark County, Nevada.

Before filing a claim, the parties are encouraged to contact one another and attempt to resolve the matter in good faith.

17. Changes, Severability, and Entire Agreement

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version with a new last-updated date. Continued use of the website after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

If a provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. These Terms, together with incorporated policies and any applicable written booking, membership, event, or service agreement, form the agreement governing the applicable interaction.
